ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPMENT TIMING
Orders placed online are confirmed at the time of purchase.
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders confirmed before 4:00 PM GMT (London time) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
- Handling Time: Orders are handled within 0–1 business day.
- Fulfillment Schedule: Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major UK bank holidays.
TRANSIT TIME
- Shipping operates Monday through Friday.
- Estimated transit times vary based on destination:
- Minimum Transit Time: 4 business days
- Maximum Transit Time: 6 business days
- Total Delivery Time: Estimated delivery ranges from 4–7 business days for all destinations, based on the customer’s location.
SHIPPING METHODS
- Standard Shipping: Smaller items are shipped via trusted courier services with tracking provided.
- Freight Shipping: Larger or fragile items are shipped via white glove freight service, which includes residential, inside delivery, unpacking, and placement.

Once production is complete, please allow an additional 4–6 business days for transit.
These orders cannot be canceled or returned after confirmation.
If you wish to use Customer’s Own Material (COM) for upholstery, please contact us at [email protected] for fabric requirements and further instructions. Production will begin once we receive your COM.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
While we take great care in ensuring the quality of our products, occasional damages may occur during transit.
- If the package shows visible damage upon delivery, refuse the item or note the damage on the courier’s Bill of Lading.
- Reporting Damage:
- Mirrors: Report within 48 hours of delivery.
- All other items: Report within 5 days of receipt.
